On the command "Eyes Left" I did what I had not done in years, I obeyed the command, why you may ask, because I and many others like me had full condidence in the Pipe Band who were leading us.
I will never forget this conference
It brought back many good memories to be once again marching with such a well disciplined Pipe Band, Your music was superb, your ranks were perfect and from I could see, you were always in step. It was a pleasure to be on parade with you all.
You made an old soldier proud!
I had the pleasure of hearing the band twice today. My husband and I are teachers at Dover High School. We took our atudent to hear the band today and they were amazed. This is really cool because I teach English as a Second Language and the students I took to the concert are are from Columbia, South America and The Dominican Republic. They were fascinated with you and your music. My husband and I truly enjoyed the performance. we love the place, but we also love the people; You guys are the best. I hope you have a great time in the U. S. Get some rest if you can and keep making beautiful, inspiring music
The RBLS members who joined you on the church parade on Friday, 6th June, will say to fellow legionnaires 'The RBLS (Annan Branch) Juvenile Pipe Band was the real stars of the conference' They can play for me anytime.
What our president said about our Pipe Band was not just hollow words, but wirds of pride and paise, You the young of the band made us remember our youth, and you, along with the rest of the band made us proud to be on parade with you
I listened to you this afternoon in Newport RI. at O'Briens Pub. You were excellent and looked regal!!!! The pipes and drums were outstanding.
We have seen lots of Pipe Bands on the streets and in the parks of Perth, but usually carry on walking. This time the music was so good we stopped quite near the posh people's platform. It was then we realised how young, smart and in-step they were, the music was so good and the people on the platform so kind and helpful.
It made you proud to be Scottish and in Perth on that special day
